By registering an account, accessing, or using the FG Markets AI platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, Risk Disclosure, AML Policy, KYC Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1 Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Comply with applicable laws in your country of residence.

FG Markets AI reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion.

2 Nature of the Platform

FG Markets AI operates a performance-based profit-sharing program utilizing proprietary trading systems, algorithmic strategies, artificial intelligence technologies, and risk management methodologies.

The Company may allocate participating funds into corporate trading accounts operated through approved brokerage partners and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading infrastructure.

Trading activities may include Forex, Gold, Silver, Commodities, Indices, CFDs, and other financial instruments.

3 Cryptocurrency Funding Only

FG Markets AI does not accept fiat currencies. The Platform currently accepts:

The user is solely responsible for:

• Selecting the correct blockchain network.
• Sending funds to the correct wallet address.
• Verifying transaction details before submission.

4 Participation Risk

The Member understands and accepts that:

• Forex trading involves substantial risk.
• Trading losses may occur.
• Capital may partially or completely decrease due to market conditions.
• Past performance does not guarantee future performance.
• Profit sharing is not guaranteed.

Participation is entirely voluntary and at the Member's own risk.

5 Profit Sharing Program

FG Markets AI operates a performance-based profit-sharing model.

Such targets:

• Are objectives only.
• Are not guaranteed.
• May vary from month to month.
• May be lower or unavailable depending on market conditions.

Any profit-sharing distribution is subject to actual realized trading results and company policies.

6 Referral Reward Program

The Platform may offer:

• Instant Referral Reward: Up to 5% referral reward on eligible referral activations.
• Direct Referral Income: Up to 1% direct referral income.
• Team Income: Up to 0.20% per level for eligible levels as defined in the compensation plan.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate referral programs at any time.

7 Capital Allocation and Usage

Members acknowledge that deposited digital assets may be utilized within the Company's trading operations, liquidity management activities, operational requirements, risk management systems, and business development programs.

The Company may transfer, allocate, or deploy capital among approved corporate trading accounts and related operational infrastructure as deemed necessary.

Members acknowledge that participation is based on the Company's profit-sharing model and not on ownership of any specific trading account or brokerage account.

8 No Guaranteed Returns

FG Markets AI does not guarantee:

• Profits.
• Fixed returns.
• Capital appreciation.
• Monthly income.
• Specific trading performance.

All examples shown on the Platform are illustrative only.

9 Account Security

Users are responsible for:

• Protecting login credentials.
• Maintaining account confidentiality.
• Reporting unauthorized access immediately.

The Company is not liable for losses caused by user negligence or compromised credentials.

10 KYC and AML Compliance

FG Markets AI may request:

• Government-issued identification.
• Proof of address.
• Selfie verification.
• Source-of-funds documentation.
• Additional compliance information.

Failure to comply may result in account restrictions, suspension, or termination.

11 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Multiple account abuse.
• Identity fraud.
• Money laundering.
• Terrorist financing.
• Referral manipulation.
• Unauthorized payment methods.
• Platform exploitation.
• Submission of false information.

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

12 Withdrawals and Distributions

All withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Security verification.
• Operational requirements.
• Liquidity availability.
• Applicable company policies.

Processing times may vary depending on operational and security considerations.

The Company reserves the right to establish participation periods, withdrawal conditions, distribution schedules, and operational requirements necessary for platform stability.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FG Markets AI, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses.
• Market fluctuations.
• Loss of profits.
• Blockchain failures.
• Wallet provider failures.
• Exchange failures.
• Cyberattacks.
• Technical interruptions.
• Force majeure events.
• Third-party service failures.

Participation is undertaken entirely at the Member's own risk.

14 Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless FG Markets AI and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or costs arising from:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent conduct.
• Breach of law.
• Misuse of the Platform.

15 Dispute Resolution

Any complaint or dispute must first be submitted through the Company's official support system.

Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal proceedings.

The user agrees not to engage in harassment, threats, defamation, malicious campaigns, or abusive conduct against the Company, its officers, employees, affiliates, or members.

16 Modification of Terms

FG Markets AI reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17 Member Declaration

By creating an account and using the Platform, I confirm that:

• I am at least 18 years of age.
• I understand the risks associated with forex trading and digital assets.
• I understand that profits are not guaranteed.
• I understand that profit sharing depends on actual trading performance.
• I understand that blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.
• I agree to comply with all Platform policies and procedures.
• I voluntarily participate in the FG Markets AI program and accept all associated risks.
